Transporting the Printer
If you need to transport your printer, carefully repack it using the original box and packing materials as follows:
1.Turn off the printer.
2.Open the printer cover and remove the Imaging Cartridge.
3.Remove all paper from the tray.
4.Remove the paper tray.
5.Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet; then disconnect the interface cable from the printer.
6.Remove the optional lower paper cassette, if installed.
7. Replace the printer's protective materials, then repack the | 6 |
printer in its original box. |

Do not expose the photoconductor unit and the developer cartridge to light any longer than necessary.
