Adjusting the Print Density
There are cases where the density of the printing will differ after the imaging cartridge has been replaced. Adjust the density adjustment knob if necessary. The density will be increased when the knob is turned towards H and decreased when turned towards L.

Cleaning the Printer
The printer needs only minimal cleaning. If you notice a decline in print quality, clean the inside of the printer as described in this section.
You should also clean the paper cassette and the printer cover every few months. These procedures are described later in this section.
Cleaning the inside of the printer
Fine particles of dust can collect inside the printer. Follow the steps below to clean the inside of the printer and the paper feeder:
