Send caller identity code at transfer

When transferring a call you can send the caller’s identity code or number to the receiver’s display.

You have a voice connection with an external party on Line 1.

Press to put the call on hold.

Note: You can also press Line 2.

Dial.

Dial the caller’s identity code or number and press. Call the second party.

Press before or after answer.

The ongoing call is transferred with the caller´s identity code or number.

Note: You can only use this function if the receiver’s phone is programmed to handle identity codes. This function is only available in newer versions of the exchange.

 

Dialing during a connected call

 

When calling interactive teleservices, e.g. telephone banks, you

 

need to use Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) signals. If your

 

exchange is not already programmed to automatically convert your

 

entered digits into DTMF signals, you need to activate the function

 

during the call.

During an ongoing call:

Press and dial the requested digits.

Entered digits are transferred as DTMF signals.

 

Note: Finland, press 1and dial the required digits.
