NIf both video and audio are selected and only video is muted, the output button flashes between green and amber. If only audio is muted, the output button flashes between red and amber.

NVideo and audio ties between the low resolution video input group and the low resolution video output group are always made with the audio redirected. To mute video and audio, you must mute both the low resolution video output (in outputs 7 through 12) and the computer video/audio outputs group output (in outputs 1 through 6) as follows:

If you mute output 7 video, you must also mute output 1 audio.

If you mute output 8 video, you must also mute output 2 audio.

If you mute output 9 video, you must also mute output 3 audio.

If you mute output 10 video, you must also mute output 4 audio.

If you mute output 11 video, you must also mute output 5 audio.

If you mute output 12 video, you must also mute output 6 audio.

5. Unmute the output: One at a time, press and hold the Output 3 and then the Output 4 buttons for approximately 2 seconds until the button changes state.
