SECURITY CODES & AUTHORITY LEVELS

Manuals Online! - http://www.tech

To Add a User (continued)

GLOBALARM? 0 = NO,1 =YES

PART.2- SHOP? 0 = NO,1 = YES

PART. 1 * WHSE USER03AUTH =3G

Press 1 (YES) if this user will be allowed to arm both partitions at the same time from one keypad. Press 0 if this user will arm only his assigned partition, or another partition individually.

The keypad now prompts for the user’s access to the next partition (see GOTO command). Again press 0 or 1. If yes, the system will automatically assign a user number for use in that partition and will prompt for the authority level and global arm option for this user within the partition (see previous steps).

When both partitions have been displayed, the keypad scrolls through the partition(s) to which access has been assigned, and will display the user number, authority level and global arm option for each. Note that the “G” following the authority level indicates that the global arm feature has been selected for this user in the displayed partition,. The " " indicates the partition from which the user can be changed or deleted.

Limited Use User (#84 Command)

To set the usage count for users with authority level 7, enter #84. The following prompt will appear.

man.com

CODE USE LIMIT 01-15 00 = QUIT

Enter the number of times these users will have access to the system. These codes automatically expire (but the codes are not deleted) after this number of uses. To reactivate the codes, simply enter #84 and set a new usage limit.
