5.3 Host Commands

(7)EXECUTE DEVICE DIAGNOSTIC (X’90’)

This command performs an internal diagnostic test (self-diagnosis) of the device. The device reports the diagnostic result and status to the host.

Table 5.7 lists the diagnostic code written in the Error field which is 8-bit code.

Note:	The device responds to this command with the result of
	power-on diagnostic test.
