Most griddled foods require cooking
on a preheated surface. Preheat griddle
according to the guide below, then switch
to the desired cook setting.
IMPORTANTNOTES:
Avoid cooking extremely greasy foods and
be careful of grease spill-over while cooking.
Do not use oil on the griddle for extended
lengths of time. Permanent staining and/or
craze lines on the surface could result.
Never place or store any items on the
griddle, even when it is not in use. The
griddle can become heated when using
the surrounding burners.
Do not overheat the griddle. Leaving the
griddle burner on at HI for an extended
amount of time without food can damage
the non-stick coating.
Avoid using metal utensils with sharp points
or rough sharp edges which might damage
the griddle surface.
Do not cut foods on the griddle.
