PRUEBA DE LA PISTOLA DE CLAVOS

Los operarios y otras personas en el área de trabajo TIENEN que usar gafas de seguridad con protectores laterales que cumplan con las especificaciones de la ANSI Z87.1.

ADVERTENCIA

No use nunca la pistola de clavos si el gatillo de seguridad no funciona correctamente.

Antes de cada uso, el fabricante recomienda revisar el tornillo de ajuste en la cabeza del martinete para asegurarse de que la cabeza del martinete no esté suelta.

Antes de cada uso, el fabricante recomienda revisar todos los torni- llos y tuercas para asegurarse de que estén apretados y que no se hayan aflojado con la vibración y el uso (suela, base y almohadilla de la suela, cargador, soporte de retén del cargador, mango, etc.). Antes de cada uso, el fabricante recomienda revisar la punta de la cuchilla propulsora para detectar cualquier deformación o rotura y evitar la inserción incorrecta de los clavos y/o los daños a la pistola de clavos y el piso.

Realice las pruebas en el orden siguiente.

Si se observa un funcionamiento anormal, detenga la pistola de clavos y comuníquese inmediatamente con un centro de servicio autorizado por Hitachi.

1)Ajuste la presión de aire a 90 PSI (6,2 baras; 6,3 kgf/cm2)

Conecte la manguera de aire.

No cargue ningún clavo en la herramienta.

La herramienta no debe tener escape de aire.

2)Hale el gatillo de seguridad.

La herramienta no debe funcionar.

3)Retire el dedo del gatillo y haga contacto con el casquillo del martinete.
