6. Presión de funcionamiento

De 90 a 110 PSI. Seleccione la presión de funcionamiento dentro de este rango para lograr un mejor rendimiento de los sujetado- res. NO EXCEDA LAS 120 PSI.

LUBRICACION

La pistola de clavos neumática modelo NT50AGF para pisos está lubricada en la fábrica con grasa sintética Mobilith SHC 460 ó equivalente. Durante el uso normal diario no es necesario lubricar la herramienta. La herramienta se debe lubricar usando un lubri- cante recomendado por el fabricante en los intervalos de servicio normales. (Vea la sección SERVICIO Y REPARACIONES de este manual).

NO USE UN LUBRICADOR EN LINEA con la pistola de clavos neumática NT50AGF para pisos.

NO INTRODUZCA ACEITE, SOLVENTES, LUBRICANTES NI AGUA EN LA HERRAMIENTA YA QUE ESTO REDUCIRA SU EFECTIVIDAD Y LA VIDA UTIL DE LA HERRAMIENTA.

CUIDADO EN EL CLIMA FRIO

No almacene la pistola de clavos en un ambiente de clima frío.

Mantenga la pistola de clavos en un área cálida hasta que comience a trabajar.

Si la pistola de clavos ya está fría, llévela hacia un área cálida y permita que se caliente antes de usarla.

(1)Reduzca la presión de aire a 64 PSI (4,4 baras; 4,5 kgf/cm2)

(2)Retire todos los clavos de la pistola.

(3)Conecte la manguera de aire y opere la pistola sin clavos. La presión de aire más baja es suficiente para operar la pistola sin los clavos.

El funcionamiento a baja velocidad tiende a calentar la piezas móviles.

PRECAUCION

No opere la pistola de clavos a alta presión cuando no tiene clavos.

INSTALACION DE ACOPLADORES
