Solution

Battery gauge is not accurate.

Battery charging indicator does not appear and battery does not charge.

Battery charge does not last as long as expected.

Battery needs calibrating.

Battery is at the end of its life.

Battery was exposed to temperature extremes.

Battery is not fully draining.

Battery was exposed to extreme temperatures.

Battery has partially self-discharged.

Power Management is disabled.

Calibrate the battery. Refer to “Calibrating the Battery” in this guide for details.

Allow time for the battery to return to room temperature.

Replace the battery. Refer to “Recycling the Battery” in this guide for battery recycling information.

Keep the battery within the recommended temperature ranges. Refer to “Maintaining the Battery” in this guide.

Calibrate the battery. Refer to “Calibrating the Battery” in this guide.

Keep the battery within the recommended temperature ranges. Refer to “Maintaining the Battery” in this guide.

Recharge the battery.

Reset the power management options. Refer to “Calibrating the Battery” in this guide.
