Quick Guide to i2000 Phone Functions

Now that you understand different modes, here’s a quick way to get started using them. This Quick Guide highlights some of the most commonly used functions in Phone, Private, and Group modes. These functions are described in more detail in later sections.

Phone Mode

You must be in Phone mode to perform the following functions:

Programming	1	Press nuntil you see “Prgm”. Press o
Your Own Phone		under “Prgm” and enter 1.
Number
	2 Press ounder “Ok”.
	3 Enter your phone number.
	4	Press ounder “Store”.
	5 Press ounder “Exit”.
		NOTE: Your phone number is automatically
		programmed when you receive your
		first call.

Making a Phone		Using the keypad, enter the desired number.
Call		Then press e.
Ending a Phone		Press e.

Last Number		Press e.
Redial
Emergency Dial		Press and hold 9for two seconds.
Receiving a Phone		Press eor any numeric key (0 through 9).
