NOTE	CDSA requires the /var file system to support long file names (greater
	than 14 characters). CSSM and the bundled add-ins will not be
	pre-installed if its /var supports only short file names. In this case,
	CSSM_ModuleInstall() will return the error code
	CSSM_NOT_LONG_FILE_NAME_SYS.
