Connecting an iPod
The PNC-iP120 (optional) is necessary to connect an iPod to this unit.

Release buttons
Display when an iPod is connected
When an iPod is connected and the iPod input source is selected, the display shows the connection status of the iPod.
"Reading" (Blinking):
iPod is being recognized.
"Connected" :
iPod has been recognized. Now this unit can control the iPod.
"Connect Error" :
The connection is erroneous.
➡Disconnect the iPod and connect it again. The iPod in use is not compatible with this unit.
➡Connect an iPod compatible with this unit by referring to < iPod models usable with this unit> 7.
The software version of the iPod may be obsolete.
➡Update the software version of the iPod by referring to < iPod models usable with this unit> 7.
The battery is low.
➡Wait until the battery is charged.
"Disconnect" :
The iPod is disconnected.
•Turn this unit OFF (standby mode) before connecting the iPod.
•Insert the iPod connection cable all the way, until it clicks.
•To disconnect the iPod, hold the release buttons on both sides of the connector of the iPod connection cable and pull the connector. To prevent damage, do not pull the connector with an excessive force.
•While the iPod is connected to this unit, the iPod can be controlled from this unit or the remote control unit provided with it. When the iPod is connected to this unit, it cannot be used to control its operations.
