LDisc Search (Function of disc changers)

Search forwards or backwards through the discs in a disc changer until you reach the one that you want to listen to.

Making a Forward Disc Search

Touch [ D + ] to display the desired disc number. Each time [ D + ] is touched, the displayed disc number increases by one.

Play starts at the beginning of the displayed disc.

Making a Reverse Disc Search

Touch [ D – ] to display the desired disc number. Each time [ D – ] is touched, the displayed disc number decreases by one.

Play starts at the beginning of the displayed disc.

NOTE

•"Disc Loading..." is displayed when discs are being exchanged on the disc changer.

•The 3+1MD changer cannot be operated when 4 discs are inserted.

KDisc Repeat Function

(Function of disc changers)

Repeat playing the current disc.

Turning Disc Repeat Play Function On/Off

Touch [ D-REP ] to switch the disc repeat play function on and off.

The D-REP indicator is displayed when the disc repeat play function is turned on.

NOTE

•Repeat play is canceled when you eject the disc.

•The 3+1MD changer cannot be operated when 4 discs are inserted.

MMagazine Random Play Function

(Function of disc changers)

Play the tracks on all the discs in the disc changer in random order.

1Touch [ M-RDM ] to switch the magazine random play function on and off.

The M-RDM indicator is displayed when the magazine random play function is turned on. The display of the disc and track numbers change continuously as the next track is being

38 selected.

When the disc/track has been selected, play starts.

2To change the track being heard, touch [ ¢ ]. Another disc/track is selected and played.

NOTE

•Random play is canceled when you eject the disc.

•The time needed for random selection depends on the number of discs loaded in the disc magazine.

•The 3+1MD changer cannot be operated when 4 discs are inserted.

FSelecting the Name or Title Display for Discs

Each time you touch [ D ], the display during disc play switches as follows:

NOTE

•You can give names to discs through the presetting disc name function.

•If you try to display the name of a disc that does not have one, "No Name" is displayed instead.

•If you try to display the text/title of a disc that does not have one, “No Text / No Title” is displayed instead.

HTo Scroll Manually

Touch [ ] to display the disc title or the track title. The titles will be displayed in one scrolling display.

GSelecting the Time Display for CDs

Each time you touch [ TIME ], the time display during disc play switches as follows:
