Tostadas de queso de cabra con verduras y albahaca

1 calabacín pequeño

1calabaza amarilla pequeña

3tomates Roma

2láminas de masa de hojaldre descongeladas

4onzas de queso de cabra

20hojas de albahaca aceite de oliva en aerosol

sal y pimienta recién molida a gusto

Precaliente el horno a 400 °F (204 °C) y cubra 2 bandejas para hornear con papel encerado.

Ajuste el disco rebanador regulable en el accesorio procesador de alimentos KitchenAid® y deslice la palanca externa hasta la 5.a muesca. Con el tubo de alimentación pequeño, rebane el calabacín, la calabaza y los tomates. Retire las verduras y reserve.

Abra las láminas de masa de hojaldre sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada. Utilice un cortador circular de 3 pulgadas (7,62 cm) para cortar 9 círculos de cada lámina. Enfríe los restos de masa para volver a usar.

Hornee a 400 °F (204 °C) durante 20 a 25 minutos o hasta que la masa de hojaldre esté dorada en los bordes.

Sirva tibio o a temperatura ambiente.
