Setting with Control Panel

You can setup fax options with AiO Control Panel menus.

Fax Send Options

You can set the following options for sending a fax.

„Set Fax Resolution

„Set Color

„Set Brightness

Set Fax Resolution

The Resolution setting affects the transmission speed and quality of faxed documents and photos. The following resolution settings are available.

Standard Provides the fastest possible fax transmission with the lowest quality. This is the default setting.

Fine

Provides high-quality text suitable for faxing most documents.

Photo Provides the best quality fax when sending photographs. If you choose Photo, be aware that the faxing process takes longer to complete.

1Press Fax. The Fax menu is displayed with Resolution selected.

2Press _ or ` to change the resolution.

3Press OK to set and continue setting options, or Start to fax.

Set Color

You can send faxes in color (default) or black-and-white.

1Press Fax to display the Fax menu.

2Press b until Color is selected.
