7 Specify the storage location for the form data, and then enter the file name in the “File name” box.

Click the [Save] button.

Select the file, and then click the [OK] button.

–The Print dialog box appears again.

10 Click the [OK] button.

Instead of executing a print job, the form data is saved. The file exten- sion is “.kmf”.

Note

From the Overlay tab, the selected form data can be deleted by clicking the [Delete Overlay File] button.
