6 In Administrator mode of PageScope Web Connection, select “Net- Ware” from the Network tab, and then specify the following settings.

NetWare Print: Select “Enable”.

Frame Type: Select “Auto”. (Select the frame type according to the net- work environment.)

Mode: Select “Pserver”.

Print Server Name: Specify the print server name created in step 4.

Print Server Password: Specify only when setting from the NetWare server.

Print Queue Scan Rate: Specify “1”. (Change as necessary.)

Bindery/NDS: Select “Bindery/NDS”.

Preferred File Server: Specify the name of the file server that connects to the Pserver.

Restart this machine (turn the main power off, then on again).

–When turning the main power switch OFF then ON, wait for 10 sec- onds or longer before turning it ON again; otherwise the copier may not function normally.

Use the NetWare server console to load MONITOR.NLM.

Select the connection information and, in the active connection col- umn, check that the created Pserver is connected.
