Theventilation grids onthe top andbottomof the HomeTheaterStandardmustbe unobstructedat all timesduring operation. Donot placeflammablematerial aboveor beneaththe component.

Donot removeor bypassthe groundpin on the endof the ACpowercord. This couldcauseradio frequen- cy interference(RFI) to beintroducedinto yourplaybacksystem.

Beforemakingconnectionsto TheHomeTheaterStandard,makesure the backpanelpowerswitch is off. Makesureall cableterminationsare of the highestquality andfree fromfrayedends,shortcircuits, or cold solderjoints.
