To return this product to Krell, please follow this procedure so that we may serve you better:

1.Obtain a Return Authorization Number (R/A number) and shipping address from the Krell Service Department.

2.Insureandacceptall liability for loss of or damageto this product during ship- mentto the Krell factory andprepayall shipping charges. Please see the Warranty pagein this manual, concern- ing liability for shipping damageand shipping charges.

This product mayalso be hand delivered if arrangementswith the Service Department have been madein advance. Proof of pur- chasewill be required for warranty valida- tion at the time of handdelivery.

IMPORTANT

Use the original packagingto ensure safe transit of this productto the dealer, distribu- tor, or factor Krell may,at its discretion, return this productin newpackagingandbill the ownerfor suchpackagingif the product received by Krell was boxed in non-stan- dard packagingor if the original packaging was so damagedthat it was unusable. If Krell determines that new packaging is required, the ownerwill be notified before this productis returned.
