Performthe following steps to makethe On-ScreenDisplay (OSD)viewableon your video monitor. Thevideo format and video signals of the HomeTheaterStandardand

the video monitorneedto matchbeforethe OSDis viewable.Thevideo formatof the videosignal canbe set to either NTSCor PAL.

Thefollowing table details the different videosignals andvideoformatssupportedby the HomeTheaterStandard:

Toselect the initial videosignal andvideoformat:

1.Connectyour video monitor to the video output connectorson the HomeTheater Standardthat correspondsto the input connectorson your videomonitor(refer to the abovetable).

2.Poweron the HomeTheaterStandardby switching the backpanel powerswitch to on. Waitfor the HTSto initialize. Thenpressthe powerbuttononthe front panel.

Thefollowing diagramshowsthe front panel device buttons on the HomeTheater Standardandthe default videosignals andvideoformatsassociatedwith eachbutton:
