1Remove all original documents from the ADF.

2Open the ADF cover, firmly grasp any jammed paper, and then gently pull it out. Remove the pick arm assembly to remove hard‑to‑reach jammed paper.

3Close the ADF cover.

4Open the scanner cover, firmly grasp any jammed paper, and then gently pull it out. Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

5Close the scanner cover.

6From the printer control panel, touch Continue, jam cleared.
