In addition to the 16 quick dial memory locations, you can also store 90 names and numbers in the phone directory using the SHUTTLE knob. The SHUTTLE knob makes it easy to find the information you want–all you need to do is turn the dial.

2.Use the keypad to enter the number you want to store (up to 32 digits).

3.Press SELECT to enter name.

4.Use the keypad to store a name (up to 21 characters). More than one letter or character is stored in each of the number keys. For example, to enter the letter “A,” press the 2 key once. For a “B,” press the same key twice. For a “C,” press it three times.
