I signed up on my TV, but I cannot purchase paid apps.

Should I only use an email address for my ID?

Solution

•To purchase paid apps, you need to have a credit card registered with the website (www.lgappstv.com).

Also, you can have place a credit on your account ahead of time.

You cannot purchase paid apps if your credit card details are not registered with us or you don’t have enough credit.

•For new sign-up members, the ID format has changed from a combination of alphanumerics to your email address.

•You can only use an email address for your ID when signing up.
