Subtitle is not displayed.
Solution
•Verify that the file replays normally on the video player in the computer. (Check for damaged files.)
•Check if the video file shares the same name with the subtitle file.
•Verify that the video and subtitle files are placed in the same folder.
•Verify that the subtitle file format is supported.
•Verify that the subtitle language is supported. (Open the subtitle files in Notepad to check for the language.)
