Problem Solution
Files on the Movie List are
not displayed.
• Check if the file on the USB storage device can be read
on a computer.
• Check that the file extension is supported.
"This file is invalid." The
above error message
appears or the image
display is not normal even
though the sound is okay.
• Verify that the file replays normally on the video player in
the computer. (Check for damaged files.)
• Check if the resolution is supported by the computer.
• Verify that the video/audio codec is supported.
• Verify that the frame rate is one that is supported.
