The warranty policy does not apply to the performance of the ONE TOUCH Profile Meter when used with any test strip other than genuine ONE TOUCH® Test Strips made by LifeScan, or when the ONE TOUCH Profile Meter or

ONE TOUCH Test Strips are changed or modified in any way.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a partic- ular purpose.
