Before using for the first time
Opening the door
At the end of programmes with a drying phase (see "Programme chart"), the door will open automatically a little in order to help the drying process.
This function can be deactivated, if pre‐ ferred (see "Settings menu, AutoOpen").
Closing the door
Push the baskets right in.
Then raise the door up, and push un‐ til it clicks into position.
Danger of injury.
Do not put your hand inside the door as it is closing.

If the door is opened during operation all functions are automatically interrup‐ ted.
Water in the dishwasher may be hot. Danger of scalding.
Only open the door during operation if absolutely necessary and exercise extreme caution when doing so.
Keep the area around the door free of obstructions.
Safety lock
Use the safety lock to prevent children opening the dishwasher door.
To lock the door, push the slide un‐ derneath the door grip to the right.
To unlock the door, push the slide to the left.
