Alpha-numeric Keypad Configurations
The three types of alpha-numeric keypads (QWERTY, AZERTY and QWERTZ) produce the 26-character alphabet
(A-Z, both lowercase and uppercase), numbers (0-9), and assorted characters. T he keypad is color-coded to
indicate which modifier key to press to produce a particular character or action. T he keypad default is alphabetic,
producing lowercase letters. See Tab le B-3 for key and button descriptions and Table B-4 on page B-8 for the
keypad’s special functions. AZERTY keypad is used on configurations installed with the French operating system.
QWERTZ keypad is used on configurations installed with the German operating system.
