2Carefully remove the jammed media.

3Fan the removed media to prevent

static buildup and even up the front

edges.

static electricity may cause

printing errors.

4Reinsert the media printing face up.

Make sure the media is lying flat and d oesn’t exceed the media limit m ark.

Check to see if the media width guides are correct.

5Open the right-side door, then close it.

The media jam message is no longer displayed in the printer message

window.

1While pressing in the tabs on each

side of the media tray, remove the

media tray.
