Clearing Media Jams84

If the optional lower feeder unit is installed, close the lower-right door.

The media jam message is no longer displayed in the printer message

window.

Check the right-side release to make sure the door is securely closed.

Duplex Option

1Pull off the top of the duplex option to

open the duplex option cover.

2Remove the jammed media in the directions shown in the illustration.
