Installing the Duplex Option

1Turn off the printer, and unplug the

power cord and interface cable.

2Remove the cover from the right side

of the printer. Use a Phillips

screwdriver to remove the two screws

securing the right cover.

"# Keep the removed cover and

screws in a safe place for

future use.

3Remove the duplex option from the

shipping carton.

4Remove any tape from the duplex unit.

"# We strongly suggest that you save the packing materials in case

you ever need to move or ship the printer.
