Turning Your Phone Off

Press and hold . for two seconds until you see the powering down animation on the display screen.

Your screen remains blank while your phone is off (unless the battery is charging).

Viewing Status Information

Your phone’s display screen provides information about your phone’s status and options. This list identifies the symbols you’ll see on your phone’s display screen:

BatteryStrength — A fuller battery indicates a

greater charge. The “plug” icon (bottom

rows) indicates the phone is charging.

SignalStrength — More bars next to the

antenna indicate a stronger signal.

~NoService — Your phone is without service. You cannot make or receive any type of call.

$PhoneInUse — Your phone is active on a phone call.

0DirectConnectInUse — Your phone is active on a Direct Connect call.

tGroupInUse — Your phone is active on a Group Connect call.

4DirectTalk — Your phone is off network and set to Direct Talk mode.

rTalkgroupInUse — Your phone is active on a Talkgroup call.

cBluetoothInUse — Your phone is using Bluetooth. If this icon is blinking, your phone is in discoverable mode. If this icon is static, a Bluetooth connection is active.

$( ActivePhoneLine — 1 indicates phone line 1 is ready to make calls; 2 indicates phone line 2 is ready to make calls.
