Voice Memo Protect
This option controls whether the voice memo for				SET UP
the most recent photograph can be overwritten in		Voice memo protect
shooting mode. Highlight Voice memo protect
in the setup menu (	212) and press the multi		ON	On	OK
selector to the right. The following options are			OFF	Off
available:
Option	Description

On Voice memo can not be recorded in shooting mode if one already exists for (default) most recent image.

Voice memo can be recorded in shooting mode even if one already exists Off for most recent image. Existing memo will be deleted and replaced by new

memo. Voice memos can not be overwritten in playback mode.

This option controls manual recording. Highlight Voice memo button in the setup menu ( 212) and press the multi selector to the right. The fol- lowing options are available:

Press to start/stop

ToOption Description

Press and hold

Voice memo is recorded while button is held down. Recording will end automatically after 60 s.

Recording begins when button is pressed and ends when but- ton is pressed again. Recording will end automatically after 60 s.
