AUsing a Zoom Lens

	Use the zoom ring to zoom in on the subject so that it fills a	Zoom in
	larger area of the frame, or zoom out to increase the area
	visible in the final photograph (select longer focal lengths	Zoom ring
	on the lens focal length scale to zoom in, shorter focal	Zoom ring
	on the lens focal length scale to zoom in, shorter focal
	lengths to zoom out).
	Note that in the case of the AF-S DX NIKKOR 18–55mm
	f/3.5–5.6G VR, changes to zoom can alter maximum	Zoom out
	aperture by up to 11/3 EV. The camera however	Zoom out
	automatically takes this into account when setting
	exposure, and no modifications to camera settings are
	required following adjustments to zoom.	s
