An der Maschine wurden die Klebebeschilderung ACHTUNG angebracht.

Diese muss vor dem Maschineneinsatz kontrolliert werden. Unauslöschbare Zeichen müssen ausgetauscht werden wenn deren Lesbarkeit schwerlich wird (Abb. B).

ACHTUNG!

Die Anweisungen in diesem Kapitel müssen dem Personal, das mit dem Transport und der Verlagerung der Maschine beauftragt ist, bekannt gemacht werden.

Zu diesem Zweck ist es unabdingbar dieses Kapitel auch als einzelnes Handbuch zu drucken, um es den Bedienern verfügbar zu machen.

ACHTUNG!

Die beweglichen Teile müssen aus Sicherheitsgründen vor dem Transport befestigt werden.

ABLANDEN UND VERLAGERN

Das Anheben und der Transport der Kehrmaschine muss AUSSCHLIESSLICH mit einem Gabelstapler oder Brückenkran mit einer entsprechenden Tragfähigkeit und mit Hilfe von Ketten mit angemessenen Hubhaken durchgeführt werden.

Jegliche andersartige Vorgehensweise führt zum VERFALL DER GARANTIE bei eventuellen Schäden.

Die dazu bestimmten Hubhaken (1, Abb. D) verwenden. Nur mit leerem Abfallbehälter anheben.

Beim Abladen und Transportieren sollten zwei Bediener anwesend sein, sie müssen Schutzhelm, -handschuhe und -schuhe tragen.

Diese Bediener müssen unter großer Achtsamkeit handeln und immer wenn dies möglich ist einen entsprechenden Abstand zur Maschine einhalten.

ACHTUNG!

Allen anderen Personen ist der Aufenthalt in der Nähe zu untersagen damit diese bei einem versehentlichen Fall nicht von Teilen getroffen werden können.

ACHTUNG!

Beim Abladen muss auf jeden Fall auf Verkehrsmittel und vorbeigehende Personen geachtet werden.
