Turning on/off the power

When the recorder is not being used, turn the power off to reduce battery consumption. Existing data, mode settings, and clock settings are not lost when the power is turned off.

▌Turning off the power

Slide the POWER/HOLD switch in the direction of the arrow, and hold it for 1 second or longer.

• The power turns on.

• The power turns off.

Power save mode

If the recorder is on but is not used for 10 minutes or longer (default), the display shuts off and the recorder goes into power save mode (☞ P.72).

• To exit power save mode, press any button.
