Loading the ink ribbon cartridge

Insert the ink ribbon cartridge all the way.

Remove the protective material from the cartridge slot and insert the ink ribbon cartridge.

The RIBBON indicator blinks and an error will be generated if you do not press from the center of the ink ribbon cartridge to slide it all the way until you hear a clicking sound.

Attach the side cover.

If the side cover cannot be attached properly, remove the ink ribbon cartridge and then reinsert it.
