Multimedia Pocket
You can attach the following devices. (refer to recent catalogs and other source s for information about the products available)
DVD MULTI drive (optional)
CAUTION
Do not insert/remove the multimedia pocket device in sleep*1 or hibernati on, or when the multimedia pocket device
indicator or the hard disk drive indicator is on.
NOTE
Refer to the catalogs etc. for the latest information about optional devices.
Read the instruction manuals of the device s carefully.
*1 Windows XP: standby
1Disable the multimedia pocket device function.
AClick on the notification area and click .
BClick [Eject TEAC DV-W28S-V].
CConfirm that the multimedia pocket device indicator and the ha rd disk drive indicator are not lit.
ADouble-click on the notification area.
BSelect [TEAC DV-28XXX] and then click [Stop].
CFollow the on-screen instructions.
DConfirm that the multimedia pocket device indicator and the ha rd disk drive indicator are not lit.
This step is not necessary when:
• Removing the device after turning off the computer.
• is not displayed*2.
• The device does not appear in the list in step B.
