2Insert the ExpressCard (upper slot) (D) or the PC Card (lower

slot) (E) with the label side up until it securely fits in to the slot.

For further information, refer to the instruction manual o f the card.

To remove the card

1Disable the card function.

AClick on the notification area and click .

BSelect the card.

ADouble-click on the notification area and select the card, then click [Stop].

BFollow the on-screen instructions.

These steps are not necessary when removing the card after turning off the co mputer.

2Open the cover and remove t he card.

ExpressCard (F)

APress the card so it comes out of the slot.

BDraw the card straight out.

PC Card (G)

APress the eject button so the card comes out of the slot.

BDraw the card straight out.
