Changing the Security Codes

1FromIdle mode press B8to enter the Security menu

2Useeto select Phone Lock,PIN or PIN2

3Usefuntil Change is displayed in main option area and press

B

4Enterthe current code and press B

5Enterthe new code and press B

6Verifythe new code and press B

Restricting Calls

Call Barring

Thisfunction is SIM dependent. Call Bar is used to restrict certain

outgoingand/or incoming calls. Call Bar is controlled by a security

passwordsupplied by your Service Provider. When updating or

checkingthe status of Call Bar the phone must be registered with a

network.

1FromIdle mode press B82toenter the Call Bar menu

andpress B

2Useeto select the level of call barring that you want to apply

andpress B

3EnterCall Bar password and press B

Barred Dialling

Thisfunction is network dependent. Barred Dial enables you to bar

allphone numbers pre-programmed in the SIM from being dialled on

thephone. To use this function PIN2 is required.

FromIdle mode press B86andpress Bto enable

BarredDial , enter PIN2 and press B
