Message Parameters

FromIdle mode press B35toenter the Parameters

menu.The following parameters can be set:

Auto Delete

Whenset Auto Delete erases messages automatically:

ReceivedRead - overwrites the oldest read message.

ReceivedAny - overwrites the oldest read message. If there is no

readmessage, it will overwrite the oldest unread message.

Lifetime

Thisis the duration that your message is stored at the Message

Centre.Delivery attempts are repeated until the message has been

deliveredor the Lifetime expires.

Message Centre

Allowsthe Message Centre phone number to be edited - see “Setting

thePhone for Text Messages” page 24.

Report

Whenyour message has been delivered, you receive confirmation if

Reportis set to Yes.

Protocol

TheMessage Centre may be able to convert the message to the

formatspecified by the selected protocol.
