An image or sound may be interrupted or a connection may be disconnected depending on the line state. Set [IMAGE QUALITY] with this unit or the smartphone application “Image App” by using the following values of the recommended optimal speed (upstream) as a guide.

If you have difficulty establishing a connection with [Home Cam] or the connection is disconnected, wait for a while, and connect again. If the connection still cannot be established, check the settings from the menu of the smartphone application “Image App” below.
