Intercom

A 2-way intercom is available between the handset and the base unit.

Paging the base unit from the handset

1Handset:

Press I N T , then 0 .

•“ ” is displayed and the base unit rings.

•To stop paging, press .

2Base unit:

Press or to answer.

3Base unit:

Talk into the MIC.

4Handset or Base unit:

To end the intercom, press on the handset

OR

or on the base unit.

Paging the handset from the base unit (Handset locator)

Using this feature, you can locate the handset if misplaced.

1Base unit:

Press .

•The handset rings for 1 minute and “ ” flashes.

•To stop paging, press again.

2Handset:

Press to answer.

3Base unit:

Talk into the MIC.

4Handset or Base unit:

To end the intercom, press on the handset

OR

or on the base unit.

Chapter 2 Basic Operation

During the intercom:

•If two tones sound, an incoming call has been received. To answer, press , or
