1.8Utilising the Call Centre

1.8.1Leaving an Incoming Call Distribution Group (Log-in/Log- out, Wrap-up)

You can control your status in an incoming call distribution group. When in the Log-out mode, incoming calls to the group will not ring at your extension. When you return, calls will again ring at your extension. (Default: Log-in)

Even if your extension is logged-in, you can have a specified time period (wrap-up time) when you will not

receive calls after completing a previous call. This time can Talk. be used for you to write a report and so on.

You can also manually select "Not Ready" mode to temporarily leave a distribution group.
