Caller list
Important:
LOnly 1 person can access the caller list at a
time.
LMake sure the unit’s date and time setting is
correct (page 12).
Viewing the caller list and calling
back
1{CALLER ID}
2Press {V} to search from the most recent call,
or {^} to search from the oldest call.
3To call back, lift the corded handset.
To exit, press {EXIT}.
Note:
LThe phone number is only displayed up to the
last 12 digits.
Press {EDIT} and {>} to see the remaining
numbers. To return to the previous display,
press {EXIT}.
1{>} CALLER ID
2Press {V} to search from the most recent call,

3To call back, press {C}.
To exit, press {i}.
Note:
LWhen scrolling from the most recent caller
information to the oldest in the caller list, or vice
versa, confirmation tones sound.
LThe phone number is only displayed up to the
last 16 digits. To see the remaining numbers,
press ~. To return to the previous display,
press {i}.
Note for handset and base unit:
LIf the entry has already been viewed or
answered, “Q” is displayed, even if it was
viewed or answered using another unit.
Editing a caller’s phone number
before calling back
You can edit a phone number in the caller list.

2{V}/{^}: Select the desired entry. i {EDIT}
3Add or erase digits to the beginning of the
number as necessary.
LTo add a digit, press the desired dial key.
LTo erase a digit, press {CLEAR}.
4Lift the corded handset.
