12. Trademarks. Cer tain of the produc t and Philips names us ed in this Agreeme nt, the Softwa re, and the
printed user docu mentation may cons titute trade marks of the Phili ps, its licensor s or other third par ties.
You are not authorized t o use any such tradema rks.
13. Export Adminis tration. You agree that you w ill not directly o r indirectly, expo rt or re-exp ort the Soft ware
to any country for wh ich the United Stat es Export Admi nistration Ac t, or any similar Uni ted States law or
regulation req uires an expor t license or other U. S. Government a pproval, unless th e appropriate ex port
license or approva l has rst been ob tained. By downlo ading or installin g the Software yo u agree to abide by
this Expor t provision.
14. Governing law. This Agre ement is governed by t he laws of your country o f residence , witho ut reference to
its conict of laws p rinciples. Any di spute between you a nd Philips regard ing this Agreemen t shall be subject
to the non-exclus ive jurisdicti on of the courts of you r country of reside nce.
15. General. This Ag reement contain s the entire agree ment between you an d Philips and super sedes any prior
representa tion, undert aking or other comm unication or adver tising with r espect to the Sof tware and user
documentatio n. If any part of this A greement is held inv alid, the remain der of this Agreeme nt will continue
in full force and effe ct. This Agree ment shall not preju dice the statuto ry rights of any par ty dealing as a
consu mer.
