Aspect ratio
Aspect rati o refers to the leng th to height rati o of
TV screens. T he ratio of a stand ard TV is 4:3, while
the ratio of a high- denition or wid e TV is 16:9.
The letter box all ows you to enjoy a pictur e with a
wider perspe ctive on a standa rd 4:3 screen.

Blu-ray Disc (BD)
Blu-ray Disc is a n ext generati on optical video
disc capable of sto ring ve times more d ata than
a conventional DVD. Th e large capacity ma kes it
possible to bene t from the features s uch as high-
denition vide os, multichanne l surround sound ,
interactive m enus and so on.

This is a BD-Video ( Final Standard Pr ole or Prole
1.1) that supports int eractive conten t encoded on
the disc, such as pic ture-in-p icture. This mea ns you
can play the prima ry video and second ary video

Digital Audio is a s ound signal that has b een
converted into n umerical value s. Digital sound
can be transmi tted through mul tiple channels.

Sound

No audio output from th e TV.
Ensure that the au dio cables are conne cted to
the audio input of th e TV.
Assign the audio i nput of the TV to the
correspondin g video input. See t he TV user

No audio output from th e loudspeakers of the
audio device (stereo sys tem/amplier/recei ver).

Turn on the audio device to i ts correct aud io
input source.
No sound on HDMI connec tion.
