Operating with the head unit
When in the IP BUS mode, some operations can be performed with the head unit. When using this unit as an external unit and in the IP BUS mode, refer to Function compatibility on the next page and Function mode operation on the next page, and operate with the appro- priate buttons.
Switching power ON
When using this unit as an external unit and in the IP BUS mode, performing the following steps switches power ON.
1Switch the display image source to this product.
For details, refer to the manual of the con- nected unit.
2Press SOURCE on the head unit.
Press repeatedly until source DVD is selected. For details, refer to the manual of the con- nected unit.
Notes
!You cannot switch the head unit’s source with remote control of this unit.
!When you have switched the power of this unit ON by pressing POWER, turning the head unit OFF can not switch this unit OFF.
!When you have switched the power of this
unit ON by pressing POWER, be sure not to forget to switch the power of this unit OFF.
