Zonerne kan bruges til at vejlede effektiviteten af dine træningspas og hjælpe dig med at blande din træning med forskellige træningsintensiteter for at få optimale effekter.

INDSTILLINGER FOR HASTIGHEDSZONER

Indstillingerne for hastighedszonerne kan justeres i Flow-webservicen. De kan slås til eller fra i de sportsprofiler, de er tilgængelige i. Der findes fem forskellige zoner, og zonegrænserne kan justeres manuelt, eller du kan bruge standardzonerne. De er sportsspecifikke, og du kan dermed justere zonerne, så de passer bedst til hver sportsgren. Zonerne er tilgængelige i løbesport (herunder holdsport, der involverer løb), cykelsport samt roning og kanosejlads.

Standard

Hvis du vælger Standard, kan du ikke ændre grænserne. Standardzonerne er et eksempel på hastigheds- /tempozoner til en person med et relativt højt konditionsniveau.

Fri

Hvis du vælger Fri, kan alle grænser ændres. Hvis du f.eks. har testet dine reelle tærskler, såsom anaerobe og aerobe tærskler, eller de øvre eller nedre mælkesyretærskler, kan du træne med zoner baseret på dine individuelle tærskler for hastighed eller tempo. Vi anbefaler, at du angiver din anaerobe tærskel for hastighed og tempo som minimum i zone 5. Hvis du også bruger aerob tærskel, skal den indstilles som minimum i zone 3.
